Steamed Beech A/B – Full Stave Solid Wood Board

This product is made from solid steamed beech in A/B grade, crafted from long, continuous lamellas running the full length of the board. The steaming process gives beech its warm reddish tone and improves its stability, making it less prone to warping or cracking. Combined with the full stave construction, it creates a smooth, elegant surface with consistent grain and premium quality.

Steamed Beech is known for its fine texture and even grain. The steaming enhances the wood’s color and reduces internal stress, resulting in a more uniform, warm appearance. Its subtle pattern and light sheen make it a popular choice for modern interiors that value simplicity and natural elegance.

A/B grading ensures a clean and balanced look. The front (A) side is smooth and almost flawless — perfect for visible surfaces — while the back (B) may show light, natural variations. The result is a durable and visually refined board that’s ideal for stair treads, shelves, windowsills, or furniture elements.

The full stave lamella construction means each lamella runs continuously along the entire length of the board. This creates fewer joints, higher strength, and a seamless appearance. It’s a perfect combination of natural wood beauty and structural precision.

All boards are produced in-house and available in various thicknesses, edge profiles, and finishes — oil, lacquer, or wax. Custom sizes can be made on request.
